摘  要:目的:观察人牙源性间充质细胞在陶瓷化骨表面的贴附、生长和增殖情况,探讨陶瓷化骨作为支架材料应用于构建组织工程牙本质的可行性。方法:组织块法原代培养人牙源性间充质细胞并传代扩增,将经过诱导的牙源性间充质细胞接种于陶瓷化骨三维支架上,通过细胞计数和扫描电镜观察细胞在陶瓷化骨表面的生长和增殖情况。结果:人牙源性间充质细胞在陶瓷化骨表面贴附良好,有较强的增殖能力,扫描电镜见细胞在支架上伸展充分,生长旺盛,细胞表面可见多数分泌颗粒。结论:陶瓷化骨具有良好的生物相容性,可望作为人牙源性间充质细胞的载体用于构建组织工程牙本质的研究。AIM:To observe the adhesion,growth and proliferation of human dental mesenchymal cells on the surface of ceramic bovine bone(CBB),and to explore the feasibility of CBB as scaffolds for tissue engineered dentin. METHODS:Human dental mesenchymal cells were primarily obtained from tissue explant and amplified in vitro.The induced dental mesenchymal cells were seeded into scaffolds of CBB.The growth and proliferation of cells on the surface of CBB were observed through cell counting and scanning electron microscope. RESULTS:Human dental mesenchymal cells adhered and proliferated well on the surface of CBB. Dental mesenchymal cells had a good extension and growth on the surface of CBB,and many secretary particles could be found on the surface of cells under the scanning electronic microscope. CONCLUSION:CBB has good biocompatibility with human dental mesenchymal cells,and can be applied to construct tissue engineered dentin as carriers for dental mesenchymal cells.
