摘  要:目的:研究一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)在非创伤性股骨头坏死(nontraumaticosteonecrosisoffemoralhead,NONFH)病变中的作用。方法:采用ELISA双抗夹心法测定了非创伤性股骨头坏死早期组(塌陷前期)、晚期组(塌陷后期)患者血清中NO、TNFα的含量变化,并与年龄相匹配的健康人相比较。结果:非创伤性股骨头坏死患者血清中NO和TNFα含量均较对照组显著升高(t=2.127,P<0.05)且随病情加重,塌陷后期组血清中NO和TNFα含量较塌陷前期升高,差异有显著性意义(t=2.238,P<0.05)。结论:①TNFα和NO等炎症递质参与了NONFH的发病过程。②骨坏死发生过程中早期NO的升高可能有利于骨细胞修复,而晚期NO的显著升高则加速了病情发展。AIM:To study the effects of nitrous oxide(NO) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα) on nontraumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head(NONFH). METHODS:The changes of concentration of NO and TNFαin the blood serum of NONFH patients in the groups of NONFH at early and late stage were detected with double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and then compared with those of matched healthy volunteers. RESULTS:Concentrations of NO and TNFαin NONFH patients were obviously higher than those in the healthy(t=2.127,P< 0.05),and with the aggravation of the disease,the concentrations were significant difference between the groups of NONFH at early and late stage(t=2.238,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:①Transmitters of inflammation,such as NO and TNFα, participate in the occurrence of NONFH.②The elevation of NO concentration advantages the repair of bone cell at the early stage of NONFH,whereas plays a negative role at its late stage.
