摘　　要：介绍了一种合成1,3 双(3 羟丙基) 1,1,3,3 四甲基二硅氧烷(Ⅰ)的方法,以1,3 双(3 氯丙基) 1,3 二甲氧基 1,3 二甲基二硅氧烷(Ⅱ)为起始原料,其总收率可达75%以上。在25℃将450mL浓度为1mol/L的甲基碘化镁乙醚溶液滴加入70 2gⅡ中,并在40℃回流反应5h,可得到52 6g1,3 双(3 氯丙基) 1,1,3,3 四甲基二硅氧烷(Ⅲ);以N,N 二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,13 9gⅢ和14 2g醋酸钾在130℃反应7h,生成1,3 双(3 乙酰氧丙基) 1,1,3,3 四甲基二硅氧烷(Ⅳ)15 9g;以碳酸钾为催化剂,在室温下,10 0gⅣ用甲醇醇解1h可制得7 0g标题化合物Ⅰ。用IR、1HNMR和元素分析等分析方法对产物Ⅰ和中间物Ⅲ、Ⅳ等进行了表征。1,3-Bis(3-hydroxypropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane (Ⅰ) was prepared using 1,3-bis(3-chloropropyl)-1,3-dimethoxy-1,3-dimethyldisiloxane (Ⅱ) as starting material in total yield over 75%.Adding dropwise 450 mL of a 1 mol/L methylmagnesium iodide solution in diethyl ether to 70.2 g of Ⅱ at 25 ℃ and refluxing the reaction mixture at 40 ℃ for 5 h,52.6 g of 1,3-bis(3-chloropropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane (Ⅲ) was prepared.Heating 13.9 g of III and 14.2 g of potassium acetate at 130 ℃ for 7 h in N,N -dimethylformamide,15.9 g of 1,3-bis(3-acetoxypropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane (Ⅳ) was obtained.Finally,7.0 g of the title compound Ⅰ was synthesized by methanolysis of 10.0 g of Ⅳ at room temperature using potassium carbonate as the catalyst.The title compound Ⅰ and intermediates Ⅲ and Ⅵ were analyzed by IR,~1HNMR and elementary analysis.
