摘　　要：在阐述选择枢纽港口建设物流园区的独特优势基础上,探讨了枢纽港口物流园区的空间布局和建设管理,旨在能为我国现代物流产业发展对策研究提供有益的参考。The pivotal port,especially the coastal pivotal port is playing the more and more important part in the large circulation of international logistics. It is necessary to build the modem logistics zone based on the pivotal port for the development of logistics industry. This paper probes and analyses the space layout and construction management of the logistics zone after elaborating the distinctive advantages of choosing the pivotal port to build logistics zone.And it is aimed at providing beneficial reference for countermeasures research on the development of Chinese modem logistics industry.
