摘　　要：围绕我国农产品市场的市场化进程与农产品市场结构,说明了由于农产品市场的信息不对称造成逆向选择现象的后果;采用现货——期货蛛网模型结构图分析并论述了农产品期货市场产生交易价格及转移风险的作用,指出发展农产品期货市场是解决农产品逆向选择问题的良策。The author adopts the spider's web model construction diagram of merchandise on hand-futures,ana-lyzed and discussed the functions of agricultural product futures market whick producing the deal price and transferring the risk,and pointed out to develop the agricultural product futures market is a good plan that resolves the agricultural product converse choice problem.
