摘 要:本文分别采用低温共沉淀法、高温法和水热法制备MnFe2O4的纳米晶体。利用XRD、TEM和VSM对试样进行了表征。重点研究了低温共沉淀法的制备方法。通过对三种方法的对比分析,试验结果表明低温共沉淀法适宜制备小粒径的MnFe2O4。MnFe_2O_4 nanocrystals were prepared by low-temperature coprecipitation method,high temperature method and hydrothermal method respectively.And the samples obtained by the three methods were characterized by XRD,TEM and VSM.The preparation for MnFe_2O_4 nanocrystals using precursor with low-temperature coprecipitation method was studied in detail.Comparison and analysis of the three methods indicated that low-temperature coprecipitation method was optimal in the preparation of pure samples with small size.
