摘　　要：目前我国小城镇基础设施薄弱,规划不尽合理,管理薄弱,精神文明建设相对滞后。要加强小城镇基础设施建设,就要进行科学规划,强化管理,加强精神文明建设。At present there are so many problems exist in the course of the construction of small towns. Such as weak of infrastructure、unreasonable of project、powerless of management、delay of the construction of intellectual civilization. So we should strengthen the building of infrastructure, project with science, intensify the management, strengthen the construction of intellectual civilization.
