摘　　要：失业是市场经济社会必然的经济现象,但造成失业的原因却明显不同,因而世界各国在治理失业的对策上也大有差异。本文对当前中国失业的原因进行了细致的分析,总结出我国的失业不仅由总需求不足造成,而且有行业垄断方面和制度方面的原因,因而我国需要建立健全一个全方位的治理失业的政策体系,同时解决或削减总量性失业、行业垄断性失业和制度性失业。Unemployment is an inevitable of market economic society. However, the reason of unemployment is distinctness different, so countermeasure on father unemployment is different in different country. The article anatomize reason of current Chinese unemployment. Not only shortage of overall requirement makes Chinese unemployment, but also the reason of monoply and system makes Chinese unemploymet. It is important for making a policy system of father unemployment, for fathering and weakening gross Unemployment, industry monopoly Unemployment and system Unemploymet.
