商业零售业上市公司股权结构与绩效分析及相关启示

摘　　要：我国商业企业目前存在着很多的问题,处于激烈的市场竞争当中。尤其是国有商业企业更是处于困境,导致目前这种情况的原因,主要是由于国有商业企业的所有权与经营权不明确,其股权结构不合理。以商业企业上市公司为研究对象,试图探讨和证明商业零售类上市公司股权结构与绩效的关系,分析我国国有商业企业的困境。并且从股权结构角度提出国有商业企业走出困境的一些建议和对策。Currently, there are many problems existing in our commercial companies, which are in fierce market competition. Specially, state-owned commercial companies are facing more troubles. The reason, which leads to this situation, mainly is that the own and run of such kind of companies are not clear, whose equity structures are unreasonable. In this paper, we try to sturdy and verify the relation, through listing commercial companies, between the equity structure of listing commercial retail companies and performance so as to analyze the difficulties in state-owned commercial companies. And from the aspect of equity structure, we put forward some suggestions and countermeasures, which are helpful to state-owned commercial companies to get rid of these difficulties.
