摘 要:目的 :观察两种不同比例羟基磷灰石 (HAP) /β TCP/NaCaPO4的多相钙磷陶瓷降解情况。 方法 :通过物理、化学方法将煅烧的鸵鸟松质骨转化为HAP/β TCP/NaCaPO4多相钙磷陶瓷。通过不同剂量焦磷酸钠处理得到不同比例的HAP/β TCP/NaCaPO4陶瓷 ,然后将陶瓷材料植入兔背部肌袋内 ,未处理的煅烧骨植入作为对照。于4、12、2 4周取材 ,测定材料降解率 (失重率 ) ,从大体、组织学观察以了解材料降解情况。 结果 :随着 β TCP和NaCaPO4比例的增加 ,材料降解率提高。植入后 4周材料轻度降解 ,12、2 4周降解加快 ,2 4周的组织学切片观察显示HAP/β TCP/NaCaPO4陶瓷崩解。崩解后的材料碎片散在于新生纤维组织间隙内。部分区域材料几乎全部吸收 ,并被纤维组织所取代。 结论 :制备的鸵鸟多相钙磷陶瓷在肌肉内有部分降解性能 ,通过控制HAP/β TCP/NaCaPO4的比例可获得不同降解速率的陶瓷材料。Objective:To observe the degradation situation of two kinds of multiphasic calcium phosphate ceramic with different HAP/β-TCP/NaCaPO 4 ratio. Methods: The sintered ostrich cancellous bone were transformed into HAP/β-TCP/NaCaPO 4 multiphasic calcium phosphate ceramic by physical and chemical methods. With different quantities of sodium pyrophosphate(NP) the ceramics with different HAP/β-TCP/NaCaPO 4 ratio be obtained. Then the ceramics were implanted into the muscle pouches in the back of rabbits. Implantation of the unprocessed sintered bone acted as control. At 4, 12 and 24 weeks after implantation the specimens were harvested and the degradation situation was evaluated by determing the weight loss rate, gross and histologic observation. Results: With increase of the β-TCP and NaCaPO 4 ratio, degradation rate of the ceramics were increased. Four weeks after implantation the ceramics degraded slightly while 12 and 24 weeks after implantation the ceramics degraded rapidly. Histologic observation revealed most of the HAP/β-TCP/NaCaPO 4 ceramics had broken up and the collapsed pieces embedded in the newly formed fibrous tissue tissue after 24 weeks’ implantation. In some area the ceramics were almost completely substituted by fibrous tissue. Conclusion: The prepared ostrich multiphasic calcium phosphate ceramic had partly degradable capability in muscle. By controlling the HAP/β-TCP/NaCaPO 4 ratio ceramics with different degradation rate could be obtained.
