利凡诺引产失败后口服米索前列醇终止妊娠50例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察利凡诺引产失败后口服米索前列醇终止妊娠的效果。方法 :选择孕 14～ 2 8周自愿终止妊娠 ,并用利凡诺引产 3d无效的健康妇女5 0例。随机分为两组 ,观察组口服米索前列醇 ,对照组采用 2次利凡诺羊膜腔内注射给药。结果 :利凡诺引产失败后口服米索前列醇 2 4h内流产成功率明显高于 2次利凡诺羊膜腔内注射给药。结论 :利凡诺引产失败后口服米索前列醇是一种简单、安全、有效的终止妊娠的补救方法。Objective:To observate clinical effect of prostol in terminating pregnancy after induction failure of labour by rivanol.Method:50 cases who failed in induction of labour by rivanol were randomly divided into two groups.In observation group,oral prostol were given;In control group,rivanol were injectied into amniotic cavity.Result:Successful rate is higher in observational group.Conclusion:Oral prostol show a simple,safe method in terminating pregnancy after induction failure of labour by rivanol.
