摘  要:针对炼油厂碱性废水高含硫、含酚的问题,确定采用二级生物氧化法对其进行处理。对一级生物反应器,以培养硫细菌为主,利用废水中原来的微量菌种,5日后生物膜基本培育完成;对二级生物反应器,以培养降酚菌为主,采用生活污泥在好氧条件下3~4天培养出降酚菌,具有较强的降酚能力。实验运行结果表明,废水经过总水力停留时间6小时处理,硫化物去除率达到98%,酚去除率达到80%。Aiming at high strength sulphide content and phenol content in r ef inery basic sewage, the two-stage biologic oxidation is adopted to treat it. As for the first-stage biological reactor, it mainly cultivates sulphur bacteria ,five days later, with the use of the original trace of bacteria in the basic sewage, the bio-membrane has more or less been cultivated. As for the second-st age biological reactor, it mainly aim at the cultivation of degrading-phenol ba cteria. With the use of domestic sludge and under aerobic condition, it takes o nly three to four days to cultivate the degrading-phenol bacteria, and this kin d of degrading-phenol bacteria have a relatively stronger ability to reduce the phenol. Under the hydraulic retention time of 6h, the sewage goes through the t wo-stage biological reactor, the result of this process shows, it can remove 9 8% of sulphide, and 80% of phenol.
