摘　　要：现在对移民问题比较流行的一种观点是,较少人力资本的移民会使流入国受损,因而只鼓励引进大量的熟练工人。本文试图运用奥博斯费尔德和卢高夫《国际宏观经济基础》(1998)的动态增长模型来评析非熟练工人的流入对流入国居民的福利和经济增长带来的影响。A popular viewpoint about immigration is that the immigration of less human capital will make the inflow country worse.So,many people encourage the inflow of skilled workers.This article tries to analyze the effects on welfare and economic growth made by the inflow of unskilled workers to the residents of inflow country,with improving model of dynamic state of 'International Macro-economy Basis' written by obsphered and lugulff.
