彩色多普勒成像对裂孔源性视网膜脱离后眼血流动力学的研究

摘　　要：目的 :应用彩色多普勒成像 (CDI)观察视网膜脱离后眼血流动力学的改变。方法 :采用CDI对 5 4例单眼视网膜脱离患者的眼动脉 (OA) ,视网膜中央动脉 (CRA)的收缩期峰值流速 (Vmax)、舒张末期流速(Vmin)及阻力指数 (RI)进行测量 ,以对侧正常眼作对照。结果 :网脱眼CRA的Vmax降低 ,RI升高 ;网脱眼OA的Vmax降低 ,并随年龄增长明显下降 ,而网脱眼CRA和OA的Vmin以及OA的RI与对照组比较 ,差异无显著性。结论 :视网膜脱离后眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉的血流速度下降 ,眼动脉血流速度与年龄呈负相关。Objective:To observe the ocular hemodynamic changes after rhematigenous retinal detachment. Methods: Ophthalmic artery(OA), and Central retinal artery(CRA) were studied with color Doppler imaging in 54 patients with unilateral rhematogenous retinal detachment, the fellow eyes served as control. The measured parameters included peak systolic velocity(Vmax), end diastolic velocity(Vmin) and resistance index(RI). Results: In the comparison with the control group, Vmax of OA and CRA was lower(P<0.05), and RI of CRA was higher (P<0.05). In older patients, Vmax of OA were more lower. Vmin of OA and CRA and RI of OA showed no significant abnormalities compared with that of the controls(P>0.05). Conclusions: The OA and CRA blood flow velocity were low in retinal detachment. The velocity of OA had negative correlation with the age.
