摘 要:本研究表明,钾营养通过影响水稻成熟叶的气孔阻力;ABA含量及离休叶绿体的光合磷酸化和电子传递活力,调节叶片的净光合盛和量子需要量;调节作用主要表现在叶片发育后期,表明钾营养具有延缓水稻功能叶衰老的作用.施钾水稻叶片虽在光合有效辐射(400~700nm)总量上吸收较少,但在光合作用最有效的红光区段有较高的吸收峰值,而550nm左右的绿光透射较多.The regulation of photosynthetic function and light-energy absorption were studied by determining chlorophyll content, stomatal resistance and photochemical activities of isolated chloroplasts etc. from rice leaf planted in diffirent potassium-supplied soil and solution. The results showed that increasing net photosynthetic rate and decreasing quantum reqirement in leaf of potassium sufficient-supplied rice were due to reducing its stomatal resistance and ABA content, promoting activities of photophosphorylation and electron transfer of isolated chloroplasts. The characteristics were expressed more significantly during later development of the leaf and indicated that earlier senescence of rice leaf may be induced by low potassium application. The leaf of potassium sufficient-supplied rice plant possessed higher absorption peak in range of the red, the most effective light for photosynthesis , although it absorbed less gross photosnthetic active radiation (400-700nm) , and transmitted more green part (about 500nrn). *
