摘　　要：目的 :应用可调脉宽倍频 5 32纳米激光治疗血管异常性疾病 ,观察其治疗反应和疗效。方法 :根据病变颜色和皮肤情况选择不同的治疗参数进行治疗。结果 :治愈 32 5例 ,有效 6 8例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率 99.4 9%。结论 :可调脉宽倍频 5 32纳米激光治疗血管异常性疾病具有安全、无创。Objective To observe the reaction and effect of treatment while treating abnormal blood vessel diseases with impulse-wide-tunable 532nm wavelength laser. Methods According to the colour of affected part and skin situation, to chose different parameters to carry out the treatment. Results 325 cases have been cured, 68 cases have gained the effect, 2 cases no effect and the total effective rate is 99.49%. Conclusion treating abnormal blood vessel diseases with impulse-wide-tunable 532nm wavelength laser has the advantage of safe, no traumata, specially good effect and so on.
