摘 要:目的 草乌混入玄参或当作玄参入药不仅药效大变 ,而且由于草乌毒性极强 ,易引起中毒 ,本研究旨在探索鉴别饮片玄参、饮片草乌和两种饮片混淆品、掺混品的方法。方法 采用性状观察、显微观察、薄层色谱和紫外光谱方法。结果 性状观察和显微观察表明 ,玄参与草乌虽有一定差异但不明显 ,加之切片不规范和两种饮片掺混在一起等原因 ,致使性状和显微观察极难鉴别 ,薄层色谱和紫外光谱两种鉴别方法则鉴别准确。结论 为鉴别草乌误作玄参与玄参中掺混草乌鉴别提供科学方法 。Objective If radix aconiti kusnezoffii was infiltrated into or was regarded as radix scrophulariae by mistake,the medicinal effect of radix scrophulariae will be weakened.And particularly radix aconiti kusnezoffii can cause strong poisoning easily.This research aims at explorating a new method of distinguishing the decocting pieces of radix scrophulariae from those of radix aconiti kusnezoffii and those of their mixtures.Methods By description observing,microscopic examination,TLC,and ultraviolet spectrometry.Results Description observing and microscopy showed that there was a certain difference but not obvious between radix scrophulariae and radix aconiti kusnezoffii.At the same time ,it was very diffcult to distinguish these irregular decocting pieces of herbal medicines only by the two methods;but other ways of TLC and ultraviolet spectrometry can make accurate identification.Conclusion This research developed two scientific methods to distinguish radix aconiti kusnezoffii from radix scrophulariae,and to determine whether mistakenly,radix scrophulariae was adulterated with radix aconiti kusnezoffii.These methods can be used to control the quality of decocting pieces of radix scrophulariae.
