摘 要:采用普通挤出机 ,以掺混了质量分数为 10 %~ 15 %的高熔体强度聚丙烯的普通聚丙烯 (PP)为原料 ,加入化学发泡剂、成核剂生产出聚丙烯低发泡片材 ;并研究了原料配方、发泡剂种类及加工方式对发泡片材性能的影响。结果表明 :当高熔体强度聚丙烯质量分数为 10 %~ 15 %时 ,并加入了 10 %的乙烯 /辛烯共聚物 (POE)的PP生产的发泡片材综合性能较好 ;吸热型发泡剂HP 2 0P、EPI 75 5与放热型发泡剂RA相比更适合聚丙烯低发泡片材的生产 ,添加量为 2 %~ 3 %;普通单螺杆挤出机可以用来生产密度为 0 65~ 0 75g/cm3 PP低发泡片材。High density foamed PP sheet was manufactured from general PP, in which high melt strength PP was blended, chemical foaming agent and nucleating agent were added by common extruder The effects of formulation, foaming agent variety and processing technology on the property of the foamed sheet were studied The results showed when the content of PF814 was 10%~15% and with an addition of 10% of POE, the prepared foamed sheet had better overall properties; compared with exothermic foaming agent RA, endothermic foaming agents HP-20P and EPI-755 were of more benefit to the production of high density foamed PP sheet, with the content of 2%~3% of the foaming agent; common single screw extruder could be used to the production of PP foamed sheet with density of 0 65~0 75g/cm3
