多普勒超声心动图诊断技术对左室心功能测定的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多普勒超声心动图测定左室心功能的价值。方法应用多普勒超声心动图技术 ,对 4 2例冠心病、8例单纯高血压病患者和 30例正常对照者的左室收缩及舒张功能进行测定。结果病例组与对照组间心功能测定值差异有显著性 ,病例组中收缩及舒张功能异常者有 2 7例 ,仅舒张功能异常者有 19例 ,心功能正常者有 4例 ,对舒张功能异常者中假性正常者进行了心房收缩期肺静脉血液返流速度 (AR)测定 ,结果与对照组间差异有显著性。结论多普勒超声心动图在评价心功能时仍不失为一种快速、简便、较准确的方法。判断结果时应结合临床、多指标综合分析。Objective To investigate Doppler echocardiography application in assessing the left ventricular function. Methods 42 cases coronary artery disease (6 cases confirmed by coronary angiography,the others confirmed by clinical judgement) and 8 cases simple essential hypertension were measured by Doppler echocardiography for left ventricular function.The results were compared with 30 normal subjects. Results The result shown that 46 cases with abnormal function,27 cases with abnormal systolic and diastolic function,19 cases with only abnormal diastolic function.The regurgitating velocity of the pulmonary venous flow in atrium systolic were measured in patients of the diastolic function with pseudonormalized.Conclusion Doppler echocardiography is still a kind of fast?simple and accurate method while evaluating heart function.
