北京某区现场流行病学专业队伍现状分析

摘　　要：目的 :调查分析现场流行病学调查人员的专业素质现状 ,为公共卫生突发事件应急体系的建立提供科学依据。 方法 :采用调查表调查北京市某区辖区内的 1 9个乡镇卫生院、2 7所大专院校校医院和 1 1个基层地段医院的所有从事疾病预防保健工作的基层人员 ,共收回调查表 2 4 7份 ,剔除不合格调查表 3份 ,有效问卷 2 4 4份。结果 :调查对象 2 4 4人 ,年龄中位数 4 7岁 ,大专以下学历者 1 83人 ,占 75 .3% ;本科学历 5 5人 ,占 2 2 .6 % ;硕士学历 5人 ,占 2 .1 %。初级职称 1 1 0人 ,占 4 8% ;中级职称 82人 ,占 35 .8% ;高级职称 37人 ,占 1 6 .2 %。 34.4 %的人员参加过调查前的临时培训 ,7.8%的人员参加过国内流行病学调查培训班 ,0 .8%的人员参加过国际流行病学调查培训学习班。现场流行病学专家应该具备的素质 ,在参与调查的 2 4 4人中 ,89.3%被调查者认为应有丰富的现场流行病学经验 ,88.1 %的被调查者认为应有科学严谨的态度 ,81 .1 %被调查者认为应有扎实的理论基础 ,6 3.2 %认为应具备现场指挥协调能力 ,5 7.3%被调查者认为应具备数据分析处理能力 ,5 2 .1 %被调查者认为应有和领导沟通和协调的能力 ,4 1 .5 %被调查者认为应有出色的社交能力。结论 :基层疾病预防保健专业队伍的学历、职称结构趋向合?Objective:To evaluate the current situation of primary field epidemiological human resources, providing preliminary data for establishing immediate response system for emergent public health events. Methods: Epidemiological questionnaire was designed and distributed to all primary field epidemiological workers in a district in Beijing, including 19 township primary hospitals, 27 university hospitals and 11 community hospitals.Results: A total of 244 workers with an median age of 47 were investigated. It was found that 75.3% of them held junior college degree or below, 22.6% got bachelor degree and 2.1% held master degree. Forty eight percent held primary professional title, 35.8% with median grade and 16.2% with high grade title. Totally 34.4% workers had participated in a temporary training program before the survey,7.8% had a domestic epidemiological training and 0.8% attended an international epidemiological training. Totally 89.3% of the inquired personnel considered that field epidemiology specialist should be experienced,88.1% considered that they should have scientific and responsible attitude to field study,81.1% thought profound professional knowledge was essential. More than half of the inquired thought strong ability to analyze data was very important. Conclusion: The structure, education level and professional title of the primary workers on CDC of the district level seems reasonable. The academic research level is not qualified enough and there is a loss of gender balance. The average age is a bit higher and the continual education is insufficient.
