摘　　要：电子政务是一场深刻的革命 ,它给政府治理模式带来了巨大的影响 ,学术界对此讨论很多。但是 ,由于国家之间经济发展水平、政治背景、网络基础设施等条件存在着差异 ,所以电子政务对每个国家政府治理模式造成的影响是不一样的。对此 ,很少有学者给予关注。本文试比较电子政务对中美两国政府治理模式的影响 ,得出一些结论 。E government is a revolution with prevailing influence, which has made a notable impact on governance mode. However, it's impact on governance varies from country to country, due to their differences in economic development, political background and net infrastructure. This essay is to draw some conclusions from comparisons of those influences on U.S. government and that of China, expecting to give light to the E government construction and administrative reforms.
