健脾益肾方治疗慢性肾衰竭62例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药健脾益肾方与氯沙坦联用对慢性肾衰竭患者蛋白尿、肾功能、血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白的影响。方法 :将患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予健脾益肾方每日 1剂 ,氯沙坦 10 0mg ,每日 1次 ;对照组仅予氯沙坦10 0mg ,每日 1次 ,疗程 12周 ,治疗前后检查慢性肾衰竭患者 2 4h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白。结果 :健脾益肾方与氯沙坦联用能更显著地降低蛋白尿及血清肌酐、尿素氮水平 ,明显升高血浆白蛋白及血红蛋白水平(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :健脾益肾方与氯沙坦联用对慢性肾衰竭患者有较好的治疗作用。Objective:To observe the influence of the Jianpiyishenfang combining with Losartan in treating chronic renal failure in term of 24 h-urine protein excretion, serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), albumin(Alb) and hemoglobin.Methods:All patients of CRF were randomly divided into two groups:'treatment group'and 'control group'.The treatment group received Jianpiyishenfang combined with Losartan and the control group received Losartan.24 h-urine protein excretion,serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN),albumin(Alb) and hemoglobin were measured before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results:24 h-urine protein excretion, serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) were significantly decreased after treatment while albumin(Alb) and hemoglobin significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination Jianpiyishenfang with Losartan have synergistic effects in treating CRF.
