摘　　要：该文结合三维小波变换与八叉树算法,提出了一种新的三维体数据压缩算法。该算法利用小波的多分辩率分析能力对体数据进行压缩,同时结合了八叉树特点对体数据进行编码、存储与重构。实际应用表明该算法能较好地对体数据进行压缩,并且能快速地进行重构和随机地访问体单元数据。Based on the3D wavelet transform and the octree algorithm,this paper proposes a new compression algorithm of volume data.The algorithm makes use of the power of the multi-resolution analysis of the wavelet to compress volume data and exploits the octree algorithm to reconstruct voxel values.Thus it can compress the volume data in a certain extent ,and can fast reconstruct or randomly access the voxels in the volume data.
