摘 要:研究分析丁苯吡乳液聚合过程参数 (转化率 η、聚合反应速率Rp 和聚合釜压力 p)和乳液参数 (胶乳pH值、粘度 μ、表面张力σ、吸附率 φ和粒径D等 )随聚合时间t的变化规律。结果表明 ,η t关系曲线与经典乳液聚合动力学曲线相似 ;Rp 先迅速增大 ,再保持不变 ,然后逐渐减小 ;p先保持不变 ,后逐渐减小 ;胶乳 pH值缓慢减小 ;μ先迅速增大 ,达到峰值后又迅速减小 ;σ先减小 ,达到最小值后又逐渐增大 ;φ和D先增大 ,达到最大值后又逐渐减小。The regularity in the emulsion copolymerization of BD-ST-2-VP latex was investigated by analyzing the parameters of polymerization process,such as conversion percent η,reaction rate R p and polymerizer pressure p,and the parameters of emulsion,such as pH value of latex,viscosity μ,surface tension σ,adsorption ratio φ and particle size D vers time t.The results showed that the η-t curve was similar to classical curve of emulsion polymerization kinetics;R p increased rapidly at first,maintained constant for a while,and then decreased gradually;p maintained constant at first and then decreased gradually;the pH value of latex decreased slowly;μ increased rapidly to the peak,and then decreased sharply;σ decreased to the minimum at first,and then increased gradually;and φ and D increased at first to the maximum,and then decreased gradually.
