丝胶固着蚕丝的染色性能研究

摘　　要：本文对丝胶固着蚕丝与染整加工有关的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:丝胶固着丝的强力比生丝略有提高,耐酸、耐碱性则明显优于生丝;直接、酸性或活性染料染色时,丝胶固着丝的上染率与脱胶丝相仿,但活性染料的固色率下降。此外,丝胶固着丝的染色坚牢度和匀染性接近或略优于脱胶丝。The properties of sericin-fixed real silk dealing with the dyeing and finishing treatments are studied, with the following results: The strength of the sericin-fixed silk increaes slightly and the resistance to acids or alkalis is obviously stronger than raw silk. The exhaustion rates, fastness and evenness of dyeing with direct dyes, acid dyes or reactive dyes are simsimilar to or (a bit) higher than degummed silk, but the fixing rate of reactive dyes is decresed.
