摘　　要：介绍了WNS系列湿背式三回程燃油燃气锅炉CAD软件的开发思路及其功能特点,采用基于Windows环境的向导式设计流程,一步一步地引导用户设计、选用参数并及时地将设计结果及出错信息反馈给用户以便作为修改参数和下一步设计的依据。该软件包括热力计算、烟风阻力计算、受压元件强度计算和锅炉本体视图的自动绘制等模块。在顺次完成各计算后,即由计算机自行将对应结构尺寸下的本体视图从相应的外部设备上输出,而无需进行任何人工参与绘图,从而使锅炉设计者从繁琐的参数选择、查图表、迭代计算和人工绘图中解脱出来,将主要精力投入到设计方案的优化选择和开发高质量的新产品中去,而且使得设计更规范、准确和直观、快捷。The design method and its functions of CAD software of WNS wetback three-pass oil/gas fired boiler are introduced. The software adopts the pilot design flow to guide the users to finish the entire design step by step, and can feedback the error information instantaneously for further modification. It gives users more freedom as it can. By means of the interactive actions between designer and computer, the whole structure design and all the calculations of heat balance, strength of pressure parts and the aerodynamic of flue gas can be finished, and subsequently the boiler structure views can be drawn by computer automatically and can be output directly from screen, printer or plotter. So, the designer can be relieved from the heavy work and the design is more standard, timesaving, and free of calculating error.
