摘　　要：In the period of the economic system transition,reformation of the investment and finance system is the key for maintaining the steady and fast increasing pace of investment. Facing some problems such as the government’s location improper,the enterprises’ functions weak,the financial reform lagged,the investment environment not ideal etc,we should analyze the operating condition of the investment and finance system,and learn from the domestic and international successful experiences, and determine the key reform fields,and adopt proper policies to reform it.In the period of the economic system transition,reformation of the investment and finance system is the key for maintaining the steady and fast increasing pace of investment.
