高效液相色谱法测定硝酸咪康唑擦剂中硝酸咪康唑和丙酸氯倍他索的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定硝酸咪康唑擦剂中硝酸咪康唑和丙酸氯倍他索的方法。方法 :以 ODS为固定相 ,甲醇 - 0 .0 3mol/ L 磷酸二氢钾 (用三乙胺调 p H至 3.5 ) ( 75∶ 2 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 4 0 nm,流速为 1ml/ min。结果 :硝酸咪康唑、丙酸氯倍他索的浓度线性范围分别为 0 .3～ 3.0 g/ L 和 0 .0 15～ 0 .15 g/ L,回收率分别为 99.6 %和99.2 %。结论 :本法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,可以有效地控制该制剂的质量。Object: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of miconazole nitrate and clobetasol propionate in miconazole nitrate liniment. Methods: Chromatographic conditions were as follows: column, Spherisorb ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm ID,10 μm); mobile phase, methanol 0.03 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate( adjustedwith triethylamin to 3.5)(v/v 75∶25); UV detection, 240 nm; flow rate, 1 ml/min. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.3～3.0 g/L for miconazole nitrate and 0.015～0.15 g/L for colbetasol propionate. The average recoveries of miconazole nitrate and colbetasol propionate were 99 4% and 99.7% , respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
