摘　　要：衡水市调整农业结构初见成效 ,依据中国加入WTO、市场经济规律和农业结构存在的主要问题 ,进一步提出了衡水市农业结构调整思路及抓好对百万农民的宣传教育 ,抓好以种养为重点的规模化生产等4条保障措施。This paper reveals that the readjustment of agriculture structure has gained initial achievements; puts forward 4 securing measures i.e. thoughts for agriculture structure readjustment, for propaganda and education of millions of farmers, laying emphasis on dimensional production with planting and cultivation as main focus, etc..
