摘　　要：本文对96例卵巢早衰(POF)患者进行了病因探讨,经有关检查提示,家族倾向、染色体异常和卵巢发育不全导致原始生殖细胞数少或缺乏可能为POF的主要原因;其次为生殖细胞遭受各种因素破坏和通过免疫机制使滤泡加速闭锁.The etiological cause of 96 patients with premature ovarian failure was analyzed. The result suggested that the main cause of premature ovarian failure might be the deficiency or decrease in the number of primordial germ cells, which results from genetic disposition, chromosomal abnormalities and ovarian dysgenesis. The second factor might be the destruction of germ cells by various causes and the acceleration of the follicle atresia through an autoimmune mechanism.
