摘　　要：本文探讨了多媒体实时数据网络传输的特点,分析了MPEG的图像压缩标准格式及其抽帧调整压缩率的机制。文章详细分析了网络Qos的各个参数对多媒体传输质量的影响,参考了现有的一些流媒体协议标准,重新制定了局域网环境下的流媒体协议格式,设计和实现了适合我国国情。This thesis introduce the characteristic of LAN and Multimedia real-time play system, particularly analysis several important network status parameter. Compared with traditional multimedia real-time system, the design in this thesis emphasize the adapt ability of capacity change in different period of network bandwidth, and let multimedia real-time correspond system make full use of the recent larger service capability. In the service quality control aspect, put forward new real-time measurement and management, adopt two party* s negotiation ways of service quality control arithmetic, this is an instructive try in the research field of multimedia service quality.
