摘　　要：作为研究疫苗的P3实验室,须严格执行规范及政府有关文件的要求。明确划分清洁区、半污染区、污染区;严格控制污染区负压-40Pa;确保气流从洁净区→低污染度区→高污染度区的流向;一次隔离、二次隔离的排风均经过两次高效过滤器过滤后排向空中。一个P3实验室的安全使用除设计外施工和设备安装均要进行相关验证;操作过程要严格落实《生物安全手册》以达到保护操作者、保护制品、保护环境之目的。As for reacher epidemic disease P3 laboratory shall strict satisfy authorities publish standards and guideline and government code. It is need layout 'clear' area 'dirty' area and 'hazards' area and also need maintaining the negative pressure in order to ensure airflow movement should always be in the direction of increasing biological hazard or from 'clear' to 'dirty',Primary Protection, secondary barrier exhaust air need through HEPA two times. The P3 has not only considerable design and also need considerable construction and equipment assemble and need verification. Operation program is needed strict satisfy 《Biosafety Manual》 in order to protecting personnel, products and environment.
