摘 要:介绍了东北电网的频率与联络线潮流控制方式,结合东北电网 2002 年几起大机组跳闸后频率及区域联络线潮流实时记录数据,分析了各区域联络线潮流的变化情况,计算了辽宁、黑龙江电网的自然频率特性系数,结果表明电网运行中自然频率特性系数随运行方式变化而不断变化。还分析了频率波动及区域电网频率特性系数对东北电网内各区域间联络线潮流的影响,证明了区域频率特性系数的设定应稍大于自然频率特性系数以利于调整频率及联络线功率偏差。The control strategy for frequency in Northeast Power Grid and that for power flow in de-line between Northeast and North China power grids are described. Combining the real-time records of the frequency and tie-line power flow after the trips of several high capacity generating sets in 2002, the power flow variations in the regions in the Northeast Power Grid are analyzed, the natural frequency characteristic coefficients of Liaoning power network and Heilongjiang power network are calculated. The calculation results show that the natural frequency characteristic coefficient continuously varies with the variation of operating mode during the power system operation. The influences of frequency fluctuation, the frequency characteristic coefficient of regional power network on the power flows in tie-lines among the regional power networks within the Northeast Power Grid are analyzed, it is proved that the regional frequency characteristic coefficient should be set so, i.e., the frequency characteristic coefficient should be slightly larger than natural frequency characteristic coefficient to make the regulation of the deviation of frequency in whole power grid and the power flows in regional tie-lies more favorable.
