摘　　要：在制造业远程服务工作流中 ,合理的任务分配是提高远程服务效率和服务质量的关键因素之一。通常在远程服务过程中任务的完成具有严格的时间要求 ,文章在分析目前工作流管理系统中的任务调度方法的基础上 ,在满足服务任务时间要求为前提下 ,以实现系统及服务人员能力的最优使用为目标 。In teleservice workflow of manufacturing industry, to improve the efficiency and quality of teleservice, reasonable task-distribution is one of the most important factors. Teleservice requests the end-time of tasks severely In this paper, the current methods of task-distribution in teleservice workflow are analysised. According to the requests of the end-time of servive tasks. In order to optimize the ability of system and agent well, a distribution method following the matching principle of time and efficiency is provided.
