摘　　要：从敏捷竞争的角度出发 ,阐述了动态联盟和敏捷供应链的内涵 ,提出了基于动态联盟的敏捷供应链的结构模型 ,并分析了动态联盟下的敏捷供应链的特点 。Viewed from agile competition, this paper expounds the connotation of Virtual Enterprises and agile supply chain. Then, this paper proposes the structure model of agile supply chain based on Virtual Enterprises, and analyzes the features of it. In the end, this paper discusses the key technology of realizing agile supply chain system among the alliance enterprises.
