金线蛙种群年龄划分方法研究

摘　　要：本文通过对 315号金线蛙标本 ,利用体长数理统计法、椎骨面轮带法、骨骼切片法 3种方法对金线蛙种群年龄进行划分 ,分析讨论 3种不同方法的结论 ,阐明 3种方法的优缺点 ,并对金线蛙种群结构进行了分析 ,提出了一些有意义的观点。The population age of 315 Rana plancyi specimens was experimentally carried out by three methods i.e.,mathematical statistics on body length,the clitellum of the vertebra,and the cross-section of the decalcified spine. After the advantages and disadvantages of 3 different methods and the population structure of the Rana plancyi being analysed,some significant opinions are raised in the paper.
