川金丝猴内分泌腺的大体解剖

摘　　要：对 3例川金丝猴的内分泌腺作了观察。位于垂体窝内的垂体呈扁圆球形 ,前后径平均为 8 0mm ,横径为 9 0mm ,垂直径为 4 5mm ;松果体呈扁圆锥形 ,松果体脚很短 ,松果体隐窝很小 ;左肾上腺呈等腰三角形 ,右肾上腺呈直角三角形 ;连接甲状腺左、右叶的峡为纤维峡 ,仅 1mm宽 ;1例川金丝猴有 3个甲状旁腺(左侧 1个 ,右侧 2个 ) ;胸腺右叶较长 ,伸至颈部形成颈叶。此外 ,对右肾上腺方位、形态特征的形成也作了讨论。作者认为疣猴类右肾上腺这一特征与它们胃的膨大有关。The endocrine glands of 3 specimen in Rhinopithecus roxellanae were observed. The hypophysis located in the fossa hypophysis is flattened spheroid in shape and measures about 8.0 mm anteroposteriorly,4.5 mm dorsoventrally,and about 9.0 mm in width. The pineal is a small flattened conical-shaped body. Its pedunculus is very short and the pineal recess is very small. The left adrenal looks like a rough isosceles triangle and the right is in the shape of a right-angled triangle. The size of thyroid fibrosis isthmus which connects the left and right lobes is about 1.0 mm in width. There are a pair of parathyroid in two specimens,but one left and two right parathyroid in the third specimen. The right lobe of thymus is longer,and extends to the neck. The cervical part of the gland is called as lobus cervicalis. Besides,the formation of the shape and location of the right adrenal was discussed. The authors suggest that it could be related to the expension of the stomach of colobin.
