摘　　要：通过相关试验 ,对 #5机振动、摆度超标的原因进行分析 ,提出 #5机转子存在质量不平衡与偏心磁拉力 ,并用新技术对其进行平衡 ,效果十分明显。本文对处理过程进行总结 ,可供同行参考。The reason of vibration and oscillating exceeding standard were analyzed by related tests for No.5 unit. Unbalance mass and eccentricity magnetic force in rotor of No.5 unit were presented ,and balancing treatment on rotor was done by using of the new technique ,and the results is satisfactory.
