摘　　要：本文概述了基于网络控制论概念的网络控制论系统及其元素、联系、结构、环境、边界、稳定性、动态性和适应性、行为和功能等相关概念 ,介绍了网络控制论系统概念的相对性、抽象性和模型性的特性 ,在网络时空坐标系里用数学的方法对网络控制论系统进行了初步描述 ,阐述了网络控制论系统分析的内容和方法 ,为网络控制论的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。This paper gives a brief introduction of the network cybernetics system based on the conception of network cybernetics, and the related concepts of element, inner-relationship, structure, boundary, stability, dynamics, adaptability, behavior as well as function. In addition, we also discuss some important features of the conception, such as the relativity, abstractness and modality. Furthermore, using mathematical methods, we give a brief description of the network cybernetics system in the network time and space coordination system. With that, we explain the contents, methods and procedures of network system analysis. All these provide an essential basis for further research on network cybernetics.
