摘  要:在GLEEBLE2 0 0 0热模拟试验机上进行普通碳锰钢Q345两相区变形实验 ,研究变形工艺条件对材料微观组织的影响 ,分析其组织演变规律及机理 ,并且在实验轧机上进行板材轧制实验。结果表明 ,实验钢 (0 16C ,0 3Si,1 2 9Mn)采用在过冷奥氏体区及其邻近的两相区变形可以获得等轴超细晶铁素体组织 ;控轧获得的 9mm板材铁素体晶粒细化到晶粒截距 4 μm ,屈服强度达到 4 5 8MPa ,抗拉强度5 80MPa ,伸长率 2 9%。Controlled deformation experiments of a plain C-Mn steel were carried out with GLEEBLE 2000 tester to study the effect of the processes on the microstructure and analyze the microstructure evolution and its mechanism during the processes. Furthermore, some plate controlled rolling experiments were conducted on a testing mill according to the hot simulation results. The results show that ultra-fine equaiaxial ferrite grains in plain C-Mn steel with the composition of 0.16 C 0.3 Si 1.29 Mn can be obtained by appropriate deformation process in the undercooled austenite region and its adjacent (α+γ) region. The control rolled plates of 9 mm thickness possess the following properties: ferrite grain about 4μm in diameter, 458 MPa yield strength, 580 MPa tensile strength, elongation 29%.
