摘  要:研究harpin处理对苹果梨采后黑斑病的影响,结果表明:离体试验harpin对黑斑病没有抑制作用。经损伤的苹果梨(Pyrus pyrifolia cv. Pingguoli),用15 mg/L、30 mg/L、60 mg/L的harpin溶液浸泡处理后接种链格孢(Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl.),在低温条件下的贮藏结果表明:采后harpin浸泡处理可明显降低损伤接种苹果梨的黑斑病发病率,3种浓度中以30 mg/L的harpin溶液处理效果最好,而常温条件下对发病率无影响。在常温和低温条件下均可抑制病斑的扩展速度,3种浓度中以60 mg/L的harpin溶液处理效果最好。The fruits of apple-pear(Pyrus pyrifolia cv. Pingguoli), a pear variety widely planted, were used as material detecting the effect of harpin treatment on Alternaria rot. The results showed that harpin can not resist the growth of Alternaria alternata in vitro test. Apple-pear fruits were treated with 15 mg/L,30 mg/L and 60 mg/L harpin, then inoculated with A. alternata and stored at room temperature and lower temperature, respectively.The results indicated that postharvest harpin treatments can reduce the percentage of infected apple-pear fruits at low temperature storage. Of the three treatments, 30 mg/L harpin treatment was the best. However, the percentage of infected apple-pear fruits can not decrease in room temperature storage. All treatments of harbin reduced the growing rate of the lesion area, and 60 mg/L harpin treatment was with the best control effect.
