摘  要:采用免疫学技术将禽流感(AI)、新城疫(ND)和传染性法氏囊(IBD)疫苗多次免疫产蛋鸡,获得高免蛋,并制成AI-ND-IBD三联高免卵黄抗体液,应用HI和AGP等血清学方法测定AI、IBD及ND抗体滴度。结果证明:AI,HI和IBD,AGP抗体滴度为1 : 128~1 : 512,ND,HI抗体滴度为1 : 256~1 : 1 024,在发病初期给病鸡肌注高免卵黄液,总有效率达89 %。该抗体液制作简单,价格低廉,效果可靠。In order to get high immunized eggs, the laying hens were immunized respectively with the vaccines of the Avian Influenza (AIV), the Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) and the Infectious Bursal Disease Virus (IBDV). In 10 days after the last immunation, all the eggs were elected and the titres of antibodies against each virus were analysed with serological method. The eggs with high titres were used to prepare the solution of yolk antibody against the three diseases and used to clinitest at the same time. The results showed that the titres of the antibody were 1 : 128 and 1 : 512 against AIV (HI) and IBDV (AGP), 1 : 256 and 1 : 1 024 against NDV (HI),respectively. The yolk antibody solution was able to used in treatment of diseases in their early stage with an efficiency of 89 %. Thus, the yolk antibody prepared is characterized by simplicity, cheapness and effectieness.
