摘  要:以改性聚丙烯(PP)为基体、纳米CaCO_3为填料,采用直接分散法及两步混炼工艺制备了供水管用改性PP/纳米CaCO_3复合材料。阐述了纳米CaCO_3的表面处理、钛酸酯偶联剂含量、纳米CaCO_3含量及不同混合工艺对纳米复合材料性能的影响。同时对改性PP/纳米CaCO_3复合材料及其供水管材的制备工艺进行了分析讨论,确定了改性PP/纳米CaCO_3复合材料的配方及其成型工艺参数,并与国内外相关产品的性能进行了比较。With the modified polypropylene (PP) as the matrix, nano-CaCO3 as the filler, the modified PP/nano-CaCO3 composite for water-supply pipe was prepared by direct dispersion method and two step milling technique. The influence of nano-CaCO3 surface-treatment technique, nano-CaCO3 content and different blending technique on the properties of nanocomposite was introduced. The manufacture process of modified PP /nano-CaCO3 composite and the water-supply pipe was discussed. The modified PP /nano-CaCO3 composite formulation and its manufacture technique were determined. And the composite was compared with other interrelated materials at home and abroad.
