聚丙烯汽车顶板专用料的研制

摘　　要：探讨了使用双螺杆挤出机研制PP汽车顶板专用料的配方和工艺,并分析了增韧剂、矿物填料对最终产品性能的影响。结果表明,添加增韧剂可改善PP汽车顶板专用料的韧性;加入矿物填料可以改善PP汽车顶板专用料的刚性和耐热性;当EPDM的质量分数为10％～20％、CaCO_3的质量分数为40％时,PP汽车顶板专用料的性能最好,经用户试用效果很好。The formula and technique of the special material PP for automobile roof, manufactured by twin-screw extruder, were discussed. The influence of toughening agents and mineral fillers on the final product property was analyzed. The results showed that the toughness were improved by adding toughening agents, and the rigidity and heat resistance were improved by adding mineral fillers. The property of the special material PP for automobile roof reached maximum when the content of EPPM was 10% - 20% and CaCO3 was 40%. The application effect of the special material was good.
