摘　　要：主要介绍阳双室双层浮床再生操作的一种改进方法。通过正交试验,找到最佳再生参数,使再生剂比耗降至1.1。此阳床再生方法在大庆石化公司热电厂脱盐水装置中得到应用,有效的降低了硫酸消耗,同时又大幅度的减少了再生废液排放的中和用碱量,经济效益显著。It mainly introduces a modified method about regenerative operation of cation exchanger. Regenerative dose ratio could be down to 1.1 by the orthogonal test to find the best parameter. The method has been adopted in the plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company, and reduced the consumption of H2SO4 and the amount of the NaOH in the regenerative waste liquid. Its economic profit is remarkable.
