摘　　要：在专家小组办公室指导下的国家高技术R &D智能计算机系统 ,国家智能化农业信息处理———湖南示范区已经实施了三年。我们创立了“321推广模式”Under the direction of the Office of Expert Group for Intelligent Computing Systems of National Hi-Tech R&D program,National intelligent information technology in agri-culture project-Hunan district have developed for3years.We have created'321spreading mode'and achieved a wonderful economic and society value.
