摘　　要：振兴东北老工业基地 ,寻找东北农村剩余劳动力转移的有效途径 ,从根本上解决东北农村剩余劳动力问题 ,将直接关系到东北地区经济社会的可持续发展。由于我国二元经济结构以及各种历史原因 ,目前农村剩余劳动力问题仍然十分严峻。如何实现农村剩余劳动力的转移 ,直接影响东北地区的经济发展以及全面建设小康社会的步伐。Supporting revival of old northeast industrial base, finding effective approaches to transfer rural surplus labor force,and solving the problem of surplus labor force in northeast China will relate to social and economic sustainable development of northeast China. For dualistic economical structure and other historical reasons,the problem of rural surplus labor force is serious. How to realize transfer of rural surplus labor force will directly influence the development of northeast area and the step of building of a well-off society.
