摘  要:目的 :在含有未结合胆红素 (UCB)、胆固醇、磷脂和胆盐的综合模拟胆汁体系中 ,探讨UCB与胆固醇的溶解方式及相互关系。方法 :检测UCB在Small模拟胆汁、胆汁泡 (胆固醇 磷脂泡 )溶液、泡对照组和本底对照组中的饱和溶解度 ,并分析比较Small模拟胆汁在加入过量UCB保存、过滤前后胆固醇含量的变化 ;同时观察UCB对胆固醇过饱和胆汁成核时间 (NT)的影响。结果 :微胶粒、泡能结合UCB而使其溶解 ,UCB能促进胆固醇结晶形成、NT缩短 ,且其差异显著。结论 :UCB溶解依赖胆固醇的溶解方式 ,同时又可能作为促成核因子参与胆固醇结石形成。Objective:On the basis of admirand-small's model bile system,a comprehensive system including unconjugated bilirubin is proposed to study the dissolution modes and their correlation of UCB and cholesterol.Methods:By detecting the solubility of UCB in the model bile,cholesterol-phospholipid vesicle and background solution respectively,and by analyzing the change of cholesterol content,the correlation of the UCB and cholesterol is established. UCB nucleating activity is determined by the nucleating time method.Results:Micelle and vesicle can combine UCB and the latter can facilitate cholesterol crystal growth. NT(nucleating time) observed in the experimental group and control group are (7.65±1.24) and (12.8±3.22) days respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:①The dissolution of UCB relies on the dissolution modes of cholesterol.②UCB possesses certain pro-nucleating activity and might play an important role in the formation of gallstones.
