不保留膈肌环的“二袖套法”大鼠肝移植术

摘　　要：目的 :旨在建立一种不保留膈肌环的“二袖套法”大鼠肝移植模型。方法 :供肝修整中完整剪除膈肌环 ,供肝肝上下腔静脉与受体肝上下腔静脉直接以 7 0无损伤缝线行连续端端缝合。结果 :大大缩短了无肝期 ,无肝期达到 10 .6min ,手术成功率为 83.1%。结论 :此方法简便易行 ,成功率高且可大大缩短无肝期 ,为肝移植的相关研究提供了更为科学的模型。Objective:To develop a double cuff-technical rat liver transplantation without preservation of 'phrenic ring'.Methods:'Phrenic ring' was divided completely from the donor liver. The donor suprahepatic inferior vena cava was anastomosed end-to-end with the receptor suprahepatic inferior vena cava using a 7-0 continuous proline suture directly.Results:Portal vein clumping time was shortened to 10.6 minutes. Operative successful rate was 83.1%.Conclusion:This model simplifies the operation and shortens the portal vein clumping time,and makes the relevant researches more scientific.
