摘　　要：以区域经济为出发点,制定相应指标衡量体系,采用基于时序立体表的因素分析方法———全局主成分分析方法对北京四大区域的经济、社会各项指标进行综合动态分析,利用增长极理论比较了北京地区1993～1999年的经济社会情况发展过程,为北京地区制定不平衡发展战略提供了理论依据。With regional economy as its starting point, the corresponding index system is proposed in this paper. The economic and social development indexes in four major areas in Beijing from 1993 to 1999 are comprehensively, by means of the principle component analysis based on the data tables indexed by time, analyzed with the growth pole theory, which provides a theoretical gist for non-balanceable development strategy making in Beijing.
